In September 2001 IPM Business School launched Executive MBA - the first and the only program for top-managers in Belarus created under the international standards. The program is designed to provide its graduates with the intellectual and applicative tools to manage business functions in an integrated manner that advances your organization in a fast changing environment.
The development of information technologies and communications requires a new look at communication and new approaches in working with people. For that reason, Executive MBA program pays special attention to improve participants’ interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a team and to guide other people to prepare them for a job in a new environment.

Executive MBA program in Minsk is a joint project of Kozminski University (Poland) and IPM Business School (Belarus). It focuses primarily on the development of management skills, the formation of a new vision of the problems, as well as a system of values and understanding of your mission among the top managers of the company.
Teaching is conducted in Russian by Belarusian and foreign teachers. Tests and examinations, individual and group project are carried out in oral and written forms. The students are offered lists of relevant literature, and have the opportunity to use the library of IPM Business School.
Modern techniques and forms of education such as case-studies, role plays, debates, panel discussions, presentations, trainings and practical exercises are widely used on the program.
Executive MBA program consists of 20 courses, special workshops, and personal effectiveness trainings which guarantee an all-round development of a business leader. Participants of the program receive complex knowledge in the field of finance, marketing, the general and strategic management, statistics, and also skills of leadership, team work, skills of presentation and communication, etc. During the work at the degree project the students have an opportunity to realize the received knowledge in practice, applying the tools which were taught on the program.
