DEVELOP YOUR BUSINESS is an open program: there are participants representing different companies and businesses in one group. It is intended for practical results and embraces all aspects of general company management.
You discuss the challenges you face in your business with representatives from other sectors people close to you in spirit and status and get recommendations and new ideas for running your business. Your business becomes more successful and profitable. Moreover you get a network of business contacts, which in future may grow into new joint projects.

Format

Participants work in mini-groups of 4-5 people. All of them have different competencies and experience in different industries. The principle of maximum diversity helps the group to achieve synergies. Team members work together for several months. Each member of the group regularly performs the role of the executive director of the company, and the rest - members of an independent Board of Directors.

Teaching methods

A distinctive feature of the program apart from the teaching method is the simultaneous work of two coaches – a "functional" and a "process" one. The "process" coach participates in all blocks, and provides a holistic understanding of the business strategy development as well as stimulates discussion in the Boards of Directors and contributes to the achievement of results. The "functional" coach works as an expert in a particular area (marketing, finance, personnel). The coaches moderate working groups and share their business experience with the participants.

Program Faculty

The program is conducted by an international team of coaches: consultants and practitioners from Sweden, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine, including Christer Fehrling – the founder and CEO, a board member of several West European companies for the past 30 years.



The program is conducted at the business center "Margis" located in the suburbs of Trakai, Lithuania.
Visa support is provided to the participants.
