Adizes Convention
On the 26-29th of June Pavel Golenchenko and Sergey Soloviov attended the 30th International Adizes Convention on Dr. Adizes methodology development.

The Convention was held at the Adampol Hotel in the beautiful suburb of Istanbul.
It was divided into three parts. First two days - professional part – closed to all but qualified and certified associates. These two days included trainings, views’ and experience exchange of Adizes representatives from different countries: Turkey, Malaysia, Sweden, Denmark, Brazil, Norway, Israel, Serbia, Albania, France, India, the USA and Belarus.
The second part – conference- gathered managers who use Adizes methodology for their companies’ development as well as professionals from other fields. These two days included trainings and master-classes on applying Adizes methodology into companies’ organizational development as well as into personal and social life.
The last part – organized sightseeing tour to Istanbul.
Next year the Convention will be held in Malaysia, not far from Kuala-Lumpur.
