The Director of IPM’s INDECOM Consulting Company and heading our Marketing Programs Department. He is a business-consultant in the field of branding and marketing, as well as being a member of the American Marketing Association. He is the author of “Marketing that works: effective marketing strategy design” and heads the e-portals RusBRANDING.RU (Russia) and BRANDING.BY (Belarus).
Dmitry Benko
The Head of our IPM Business School REFA operational center and a certified REFA trainer. He holds a REFA Industrial Engineering Diploma, in addition to a REFA Training Diploma. He has 8 years of practical experience with Belarusian industrial enterprises. Specialisation: operational and industrial management and the optimisation of industrial processes and logistics.
Dmitry Dichkovski
The Head of our Executive MBA program. He holds a PhD in Economics and a New-Brunswick University (Canada) MBA. He works as CEO for JV JSC «Milavitsa» and has experience with Sherbrooke Associates consulting company (USA). He attended Harvard Business School (USA), Babson College (USA) and Warwick University (UK). Mr. Dichkovski has published more than 20 articles on economics and management. Specialisation: management consulting in the field of strategy development and organisational climate development.
Gunter Hahn
The Head of our REFA programs and a consultant. He has more than 30 years teaching experience. Specialisation: quality and environment internal auditing. He has practical experience of developing and introducing environment and management quality systems (ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000 standards) and has 9 years consulting experience. He has participated in projects in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Greece, the Ukraine, Croatia and Belarus
Irina Maretskaya
Business-trainer, the Head of School of Sales at IPM Business School. She holds a Professional Certificate in Management from the OU Business School. Irina has carried out more than 50 seminars – trainings. Specialisation: effective communications with the client; effective sales techniques (active sales, telemarketing), corporate culture and image, employees’ personal efficiency increase.
Marina Degtyareva
The Administrative Director of our Executive MBA program. She holds a Master’s Certificate and Associate Certificate in Project Management and is a member of the Project Management Institute (USA). Marina holds diplomas from George Washington University in the following subjects: Project Management in Organisation, Risk Management, Project Leadership, Management and Communication, Scheduling and Cost Control, Financial Management for Project Managers, Aligning Project Management With Corporate Strategy and Program Management. She is our Project Management Programs Director and has experience of consulting projects.
Maxim Poklonsky
An IPM Business School tutor. He holds an Executive MBA from the Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management and has experience of efficient marketing and brand launching within the CIS, Europe and America. Specialisation: marketing team management and reorganisation, marketing audit and marketing development
Natalia Zaitseva
The Head of our IPM Business School programs. She holds a Professional Certificate in Management from the OU Business School and a REFA Industrial Engineering Certificate in Human Resource Management. She teaches our Executive MBA program. Natalia has been working on international projects involving Japan, Germany, the Netherlands, USA and Poland since 1994. Specialisation: personal effectiveness, international communication and human resource management

The Chairman of our IPM Supervisory Board. He has 15 years experience with consulting and managing consulting companies and has published over 50 articles in Belarusian and international journals. Specialisation: transformative economics, strategic management and enterprise restructuring.
Pavel Golenchenko
Our IPM Business School Director. He has completed an International Executive MBA program with the IEDC-BLED SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT (Slovenia) and holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Leeds School of Business (Colorado, USA). Pavel has participated in international educational projects with European business schools and also has 7 years of managerial experience with them. He is a certified business-trainer and a partner with the international “Adizes Institute” (USA) consulting company.
Sergey Soloviov
An IPM Business School tutor. He holds an Executive MBA from the Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management. Practicing executive with more then 15 years experience in leading sales in oil and FMCG industries. Sergey has great experience in consulting and training. The Head of our In-corporate Education Department. She has worked in management and organisation development consulting since 1997, taking part in over 15 consultation projects. Specialisation: managerial consulting, structuring, marketing strategy development, anti-recessionary management; human resource management and motivational development.
Varvara Kouzmenkova
Our IPM Business School Deputy Director. She has experience of UNO programs relating to tripartite interaction, project development and project team management. She holds a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Vladislav Tolkach
The Head of our Financial Management and Controlling Department. He holds a Controller’s Master’s Degree (Controller Academie, AG) and heads our Controller Academie Project with the German Business School (Russia). He has worked in the field of control since 1999. He is the scientific editor and translator of P. Hovart’s books - The Concept of Controlling and An Introduction to the Balances Scorecard System - as well as K. Serfling’s Examples and Solutions for Calculating Expenses. Specialisation: controlling, managerial accounting, Balanced Scorecard and the management of business processes.
