Dear Colleagues,

We invite you to VII international business-conference «Top management: smart money» that will be held on November 25-26th 2011 in Minsk.

For 6 years already our business-conference unites 250-350 business owners and top managers from Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, the Baltics and non-CIS states. They get together for 2 days keen to learn something new or to share their expertise!

So what is «smart money» or in other words - what makes the money to become «smart»? What is the structure of money? What does money «love»? Whom does money «love»? How to make «smart money»? This term is usually used by investors and startuppers, but it’s time to expand the context (look through thematic matrix below).

At the conference financial planners, bankers and economic analysts, top-manages and owners will discuss big money and the nature of money. What challenges do businesses face now? What should one choose: to takeover or to give up, firmly hold chosen course or diversify, change suppliers or negotiate over again? Should one attract investments or regroup own resources?

The current economic situation makes businessmen think more and more about money: about the lost money, about how to exchange money at fair rate, about sources of hard currency earnings. Business leaders have to concentrate on most urgent issues like company usurvival, postponing strategic issues and development projects.

In worsening economic conditions the gap between the «upper class» and the «lows» grows deeper. While the owner is mobilizing, employees, on the contrary, are rapidly losing motivation and productivity. In this situation the right money culture of the company may become a powerful resource. The financial competence of staff allows to minimize losses and to catch favorable business opportunities.

The purpose of the conference is to guide managers’ financial thinking and behavior, to let them comprehend daily financial situations as the effect of financial system, to assess their business’ and personal prospects not only in terms of price but in terms of the real cost and value.

The Conference is not only a translation of knowledge and experience of experts, but also an active involvement of participants in discussion of current business issues. In addition to plenary sessions the conference’s program includes work-shops, thematic sections and extreme author trainings. 

The new formats! This year roundtables and a managerial duel will be held within the Conference.
Experts from banking and IT industries, from investment and engineering companies will take part in the roundtables.
